I know nothing about cars. When I was young, I remember my dad going to the Pep boys store to get a part to fix the car. In fact, that was the only name I knew for auto supplies. It makes sense because it was started in the early twenties and has been around for a long time.

I am now on my own and in charge of having my car serviced and taken care of. It is really an overwhelming task at times for me. I need to go somewhere I can trust. Unfortunately I know nothing about cars and so I am at the mercy of the repair shop. Because I am familiar with this name for auto supplies and repairs, it was an easy choice for me to look into having my car serviced there. To my surprise the prices were very reasonable and they had all kinds of coupons for extra savings. The coupons were very useful and I found one that worked for having my oil changed. It was really easy and saved me a lot of money.

The work was done quickly and they offered some advice about changing the belts, but there was no pressure on me to have the work done there. I appreciate this honest relationship that I am able to have with a car company. Somehow I think my dad would be glad to know that I still remember where he shopped and take my car to the very same store.
